What I got for Christmas and birthday 2015- beauty bits

My main present for my 18th birthday from my parents were tickets to see Muse in April (!!!), but they also treated me to a cleansing brush from BaByliss. I have only used it once so far, but love how it makes my skin feel and how great the battery life is! It takes one minute to cleanse your face and after charging, the battery lasts for 35 minutes- so quite a few face cleansing sessions!
My grandparents bought me a L'occitane moisturizer that I tried a sample of recently, and loved. I get a lot of scarring from spots, and this cream helps to reduce scarring and redness in the skin. I noticed great results from using the sample size, so am looking forward to my skin improving greatly!

One of my favourite presents was this set from Nails Inc. Their colour range and formulation is great, and the fact that the box had Alexa Chung on scores them massive bonus points! I love the iridescent red shade, as it was perfect for the festive season, and I also love the dark navy blue, which is a shade I have been after for a while!
I also received the Tom Ford Black Orchid Eau de Parfum, which smells amazing! I adore spicy scents for candles and perfumes, and I felt incredibly lucky to be bought such an amazing scent.

Bath and body

I adore everything about Ted Baker beauty products. The packaging, the scents, the formula... it is all perfect. My parents bought me this huge Ted Baker set for my 18th birthday and I was over the moon! The case it came in is beautiful and there are so many large sizes of products in it. It's also half price at Boots now, so totally worth the money!
Among two large boxes of Lush products (which I didn't photograph because they are too crumbly), I was given these bath salts which are beautifully packaged in a vintage apothecary style jar. When I have baths, I get a bit carried away with creating 'cocktails' of products, so these have already been paired with bubble bath and I love them! (I will also definitely be keeping the jar)

Hope you've all had a merry Christmas and a happy new year!
Let me know what beauty products you got for Christmas in the comments.
