The perfect party dress with Dahlia

Bonjour! Last week was pretty tiring with work, French speaking lessons and trying to keep on top of doing my blog at the weekend. However, I am off to Leeds on Saturday so am looking forward to a much needed rest and a dig through all of the vintage shops, as well as plenty of good food.
Today, I am working with Dahlia who are one of my all time favourite brands. I love their vintage inspired pieces, and all of their clothes are so beautifully made. I chose the Jade dress in navy to style; with stunning lace details and incredible floaty sleeves- it really is the perfect party dress, and I am excited to wear it during the festive period!

Dress- C/O Dahlia       Bag- Cambridge Satchel Company x Vivienne Westwood    Boots- Office

These photos were taken in Newcastle Central Arcade, which is stunning and somewhere I don't actually tend to go in often. This is mainly due to the fact that I could easily spend all of my Metro and food money in Space NK....
In terms of styling, I paired the Jade dress with black tights (boo for colder weather), and my new silver Office boots- which I adore and have been lusting after since I saw them on Megan Ellaby's blog. I love the pairing of these three pieces, and think that they give off a real 60s vibe- which I am all about. For accessories, I obviously had to add my Vivienne Westwood x Cambridge Satchel Company bag (which everyone is definitely sick of seeing), my Olivia Burton watch and Links of London bracelet. I tend not to wear much jewelry apart from these two pieces, and the dress really speaks for itself and requires minimal styling.
