Valentine's Day Wishlist #Ad

I am not usually one to celebrate Valentine's Day but, despite only being in the dating stages of a relationship, I am feeling it more this year! Even if you aren't in a relationship/ dating someone, Valentine's Day can be a great holiday for spreading love in other ways; whether that is heading out with the girls for cocktails and food, or treating yo'self to a cute new dress, Valentine's Day can be great!
I've put together this wish list talking through everything from the outfit I'd wear to what movie I'd pick and even the TV I would watch it on so I hope this gives you a bit of inspiration for your own celebrations this year.

Dress- Nobody's Child        Shoes- Miu Miu    Perfume- YSL    Candle- Diptyque     Movie- Amazon     TV- Panasonic     Handbag- Zara     Necklace- Depop

Being a fashion blogger, I obviously had to first think of what to wear! Nobody's Child is a brand I've admired for ages but never actually bought something from. Valentine's Day is stereotypically pink so I couldn't resist choosing this dusky slip dress, which looks like such a flattering shape and will look super cute with my dream Miu Miu shoes. The latter of which I won't be able to afford for a good long while *sobs*.

I truly believe that accessorising can make or break an outfit, and I thought I would detract slightly from the girliness of the dress and pumps with some more badass accessories. The first is this bag from Zara which I have wanted for well over a year now, the shape of it is so pretty and practical and the chain detailing makes it all the more gorgeous. You all know how much I love Depop and this necklace has been waiting in my favourite items for so long. It is a Vivienne Westwood original and is really cool whilst still having that Valentine's Day touch with the heart shape.

As for the scent I'd wear, it would have to be my beloved YSL Mon Paris which is a firm favourite with guys I've dated and something which is always in my handbag. To make the film-watching more romantic and cosy, candles are obviously the way forward and I adore the Diptyque Roses scent, it burns for ages and makes not only my room but the whole house smell amazing.

Staying with the pink theme, I'd have to watch my favourite ever film; Wes Anderson's Grand Budapest Hotel which I adore and definitely recommend if you've never seen it. I don't have a TV in my room so always use my laptop which doesn't have great sound so would definitely prefer to watch it on a TV. The Panasonic Ultra HD 4K TV is a giant 65", which is perfect for taking in the beauty of your favourite film and getting that cinema experience at home.

Let me know what you're doing for Valentine's Day!
